can i give boiled egg for lunch box??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can give it to the child no problem and keep variating it with other foods as the child will get bored of eating the same food so put some fruits stuffed parantha or rice in the lunch box

Yeah If you think it is not going to get spoiled in 3 to 4 hours you can go ahead with that I can only advise if it is allowed to be given into the school first of the look for that because most of the schools have a state policy of vegetarian food only so they allow non-veg then why not you can go ahead with boiled egg or egg sandwich or Paratha or something
