Can I give azothromycine to my 2year 4 month old baby girl she is suffering from councils and fever since 2 days

A. Do not use it without Dr consent if your doctors advising you then you can definitely go ahead with using it otherwise I would not recommend you to use it for the child so kindly take an advice with your local paediatrician for this
