Can I give a cashew to my 2 year old baby ?because some one asked me cashew is not good for him

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi ofcourse you can give it. you can give 5-6 cashews to your child daily. mam,the fact is ,nuts or cashews contains unsaturated fat which is best for Child body. so , don't worry,you can give it.
