Continue to breastfeed.
After 9 months, give 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time.

9am break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos dosa
11am any fruit as papaya apple banana pear sapota
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm evening snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
