can i gave neopeptine drops to my 23 days old daughter...she is not passing stool herself ...just passing gas ... please suggest

A. for motions don't give it.. typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowl movement is ok. practice tummy time
