Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cow's or buffalo milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age .
Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract.
It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid.
It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. It's best to wait until your baby is a year old before introducing buffalo milk in her diet. Buffalo milk is rich in vitamin A, has a higher protein value and contains more iron, calcium and phosphorus than the cow's milk.
