Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old girl5 years agoA. hello. eat curd only in the afternoon while you are having lunch. moreover keep the curd out of the refrigerator for 5 minutes so that it comes down to room temperature. curd is acidic and sometimes I can react while you are having it and feeding your baby. do not eat curd while feeding your baby but yes you can have it with your meal.
