can i clean baby hand fingers with himalaya wipes?

Please use such wipes only during traveling or when water is not available.
Using plain water will do more good without causing any rashes etc. Please clean the hands using cotton cloth dipped in water dear.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed
