A. Hello At 10 months, you can give 3 to 4 meals a day from recipes like rice dal ghee, chapati dal mashed, khichadi sabji ghee, upma, idli sambar, utapa, vegetable soup, boiled egg, boiled potato mashed, banana mash. fruit smoothie
