can i add garlic to my daal?

A. yes can add garlic in ur dal. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, sprouts, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.
