See If your doctor has advised you this medicine to go for knowing that you are nursing a shower then only you have this medicine otherwise you can just consult your doctor once again to have a surety and clarity over it because your Covid positive when you are feeding a child also so you have to be very particular with the kind of medicines that you are taking
