Q.
Can colic cause straining like constipation in babies ? Bcoz my baby has been straining on n off today !

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been startgied after 6 months .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in propeyr dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

No it is not because of colic it’s basically because of constipation only know the reason is there but if you are persistently facing the same problem with your child that you can go ahead with giving Himalaya Bonnisan five drops maximum four times in that is good for constipation colic as well as it’s good for gas issues
