Can Biocof br syrup be given to a 3 month old boy?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. no it is not required. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
