Can anyone help me since 2 days I have cough, vomiting and whatever eaten is thrown out. Is it early pregnancy and can I take any medicine to control my cough and headache?

A. How can I confirm whether it is early pregnancy or not cold and cough is basically seasonal so if you have a doubt that you could be pregnant please consult your doctor before you take any medicine as a lot of medicines are not advisable during the time of pregnancy
