Can any one please suggest if I can give Mango to my 9 month baby at night around 8:30-9;30 PM ?

A. Hello mom better to initally start in the day time as to observe how well the baby is digesting it , avoid as of now to give last thing in the night,

Q. My Son wakes up around 8 am in the morning then takes a afternoon sleep around 1:30 to 2 pm. Even a 30 mins nap makes him to energies till 12 am in night. he doesn’t sleep before 11:30 or 12 in night.
