start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly.
give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months .

If You are child does not get any kind of rashes with making your child wear woollens or thermal directly on the skin then you can but it is always good if you can make your child wear a vest underneath because that’s a layer on top of that then thermal is a layer and then sweater or sweatshirt is a layer so that way your child will have three layers
