Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can use this according to the dose given by the doctor Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Hello See I am not going to advise you to give any medicine to the child without consulting your doctor that would actually not be right on your part so any medicine whatever you are mentioning please consult your paediatrician before you go ahead with it
