It is not advisable to give any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor so whether it is fever or cough you have to have an assessment with your doctor one time and then only you should proceed with the medication recommended by the doctor

Mam it’s not advisable to give any medicine to small child without consulting the doctor so with the details that you’re mentioning currently I would highly recommend you that you please kindly crosscheck with your doctor so that you can proceed with the right medicine to it
