bu seeing it I want to know this is miscarriage or blood clot .my periods are delayed for 10 days .I had 2 years old child

This is blood clot.
If ur periods are delayed and it has been 10 days, then get ur pregnancy confirmed at home using pregnancy kit. If it comes out to be positive then consult ur doctor for the same for further assistance.
