black spots appear on babys tungue... give me the reason for that

Are you giving any iron supplement it could be because of that and sometimes when you don’t clean the tongue properly when you are giving a bath to the child that time also this can happen so to use a proper tongue cleaner which is silicon tongue cleaner available at medical store you should use to clean the tongue still if the problem is there consult your doctor
