Namaste Mom,, Most of the products mein aapko sugar content raheta hai , agar suagr free hai tho other sugar supplemets use hote hai, Aap ko mostly ingredients read karna hai , first 3 top ingredient list mein agar sugar mentioned hai tho avoid kare, other is always preferable to use home made mixes
