ji ,agar bachche ko khansi ki taklif he to sabse pehle aap usse gunguna pani 2 chammach matra me thode thode antral pe pine ko de.
dusra , bachche ko tali hue , sugary aur cold food items na de.
uske wajay , warm soup he , vegetable broth he ya fir garam mung ka pani de.
