Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for Babies. Cow/buffalo/packet milk is suggested after One year because below one year babies can't digest animals milk. For increasing breastmilk supply have lactating foods in diet - Rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk - Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk sugar optional this will improve milk supply within short time.
