because of feeding may my sugar values hba1c may go high i hv 6.7 level

Incase if your HBA1c is high, you need to start medicine & also follow a healthy diet
It is not related to breastfeeding
Consult the physician for guidance
Meanwhile, avoid sugar, rice, sweets & junk foods
Eat lot of vegetables, pulses, curd , egg white, low fat paneer, Dal's.

There is no relation between breastfeeding and your suger level dear. Infact breastfeeding has lots of benefits for mothers but no harm.
Please visit your doc and get your suger level checked and please follow the advise of the respective doc.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed
