In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examinatioion or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You can give apple juice and all to the child whatever you would want to give you can also give food juices in this case if you would want to but I do not know what the problem is so till the time I’m not about it I will not be able to give you further help on that
