RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 month agoA. It should be 3.5 kg more than the birth weight as when the child is born with a certain weight it is expected that minimum gain should be 500 g in a month so that basis if you evaluate it should be 3.5 kg more than the birth weight
