Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. Avoid giving more of daytime nap to their child try to keep the child up during the days so the child sleeps better in night but this is your sleep cycle is still better for the child so you have to try to keep the child up more during the day
