baby not pooping since 1.5 days after taking medicines (probiotic, zinc syrup and zifi 50 tablet) for dysentery (mucousy poop). found two drops of poop in diaper and some stuck to buttocks, which was still mucousy. is it normal?

A. it is important to continue the medicines given by the doctor and then take follow up after 3 days and if in between there is complaints then kindly meet your doctor
