give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day

For First six months you should exclusively be rescued in the science which important that you work upon it every time otherwise your child is going to have more of vomiting so for 6 months till the time your child is completely dependent on you you should go ahead with it
