ji , bhukh badhane k liye aadarsh rup se koi syrup ki aavshyakta hi nahi hoti.
bs bachche ko paryapt matra me khelne ka samay de aur sharirik gatividhiya krne de taki usse thik se bhukh lage.
bachche ka khane ka aur nashte ka time he usme 2 ya 3 ghante ka antral to rakhe hi.
