Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 weeks agoA. It’s not dandruff its basically cradle cap that’s there so once u get the head shaved off things r going to get better and then it’ll get better so do this and if u want as of now h can use SPOo shampoo for the time being
