if u fed banana or ceetain iron rich food tgan ot may be due to that.
if stool is paste like, ur chikd is actove than no worries

If they are threat like things then probably they are thread warms that your child is having in the stomach which is coming out into the poop of your child it’s a common common issue with kids but yes medication is definitely advisable for this you can check with your paediatric for the situation that’s there
