In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out thue exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate propfyerly and will guide you accordingly for this .

There could be two reasons either your child may be suffering with loose motion sometimes because due to frequent motion also the redness can be there or you’re using the diapers continuously for a longer division so currently I would advise you to apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly into that area
