Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. For nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can be given again and again that is can be repeatedx every three hourly. x
It is salt water so does not have any side effects. can give indirect steam inhalation .
Continue regular diet of the child to keep the child well hydrated and try to prevent temperature variations around the child
