Baby is having vomiting and motions, should I check with doctor?

A. Hi, Yes definitely you should consult with your doctor immediately.Please avoid self medications for your baby. Get your baby evaluated by the doctor in person. It is important in this case. Avoid home remedies. Make sure the baby is comfortable and well cared.
