Baby is having very hard stool. He eats solid food in pureed form. CN you please suggest solution for it.

A. Hello mom are you giving him fluids ? As in water and other forms such as vegetable soups , coconut water, fresh fruit juices , butter milk , warm water etc as well would be helpful . Also offer him slight fibre rich foods such as manually mash fruits like banana, chikku , papaya etc vegetables like carrots , potatoes, sweet potatoes etc
