baby is having small bumps like infection whole the body .. I have changed the dusting powder to Mother sparsh 2 days back . please suggest if its because of the powder or any other issue

See They cannot be rashes or boils kind of a thing because of the powder you are using I think it is because of the heat so if you still have a doubt in your mind do not use powder for a week or 10 days and see if this situation become better than it is because of the powder otherwise you please consult your paediatrician
