Baby is having loose mucus stool since a week now, he is 5 months old , formula fed baby, we started rice cerelac last week, he is been doing watery stools, or else loose stool,4-6 times a day, giving him Z and D drops and enterogerminia, it did stop after two days, then we started cerelac and again loose stools started, he has no abdomen discomfort,he is active today his dtwp vaccine 3 is there can we go? We are already two months late for the vaccination
