baby is having hard poop and green colour poop how to soften baby poop baby Is on formula feed

A. feed at regular intervals and constitute the milk properly if the stools are hard Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
