baby is doing milk vomit after feeding..often tried for burping but then also vomiting...shud i have to change my diet? my child is 3 weeks old.

A. Dear mum, there is no need to change your diet. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby. You should continue to burp your baby in sitting position and give tummy time. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.
