dear mum you can continue with Breastfeeding even when you join office
breastfeed before going to work and after coming back
while  at work baby can be fed with expressed breastmilk
any formula to be given as prescribed by doctor

Hi dear yes you can give formula milk and start feeding avocado puree, sweet potato, steamed only, rice kheer etc to baby slowly.. choose the formula milk which is closer to mothers milk and which has FOS a good fibre like Dexolac stage 2 . used to feed my baby girl this only it has 36 nutrients which helps in baby's growth and the FOS helps in baby's gut and digestion. my pediatric suggested this you can consult with your pediatric and choose the best formula milk like Dexolac.
