Q.

Baby is 4 weeks old has not passed poop (stools) since 24 hours is it normal ?

A. it is ok for baby . Infant may not pass stool daily or may pass many times with gas . Both are normal . If not passing till 7 days then glycerine suppository can be used for the lubrication of the area .
