A. Hi,
My baby is also 4 months old. Here are some things that I tried and they have helped my baby in sleeping during the night.
1. Take your baby out for walk during evenings.
2. I took my baby out every morning for 5- 10 mins so that he can see the daylight. This helped him to recognise day and night.
3. Set a nightime routine. I massage my baby every night at 8:00 pm. Then clean him with a wet towel and change his clothes and diaper.
4. Set the light to dim and make sure to reduce the noise to minimum.
5. Feed the baby just after diaper change.
These changes have helped my baby to sleep to have a good night sleep. Have patience and follow these steps consistently. They will help. Good wishes for your parenting journey.

A. Hi, i have heard in quite a number of doctor videos that try n complete your babies calories during the day , they will sleep well at night.
Ensure little massage, good night clothes at night...
Try , this might help. :)

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child
you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into.
if the growth of the child is properx do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with time
you can increase the physical activity during the daytime asx well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improving the night time sleeping time .

A. Babies are so its normal. It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
