Q.

Baby is 14 months and still doesnt sleep well ...always wakes up within half and hour or 1 hour even after feeding ..How do I make her sleep well ??

A. hi start weaning gradually Give heavy food items at night time meal or give cup of warm milk before sleep time sometimes , babies wake up due to discomfort so please check if he is feeling comfortable at sleep time or not.
