Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ismein koi pareshani ki baat nahin hai It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very Kemal in babies at this age please massage on baby stomach clockwise and anti clockwise and also apply hing water paste on baby stomach.
Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
