baby has rashes on cheeks and neck. used ointment but appearing again. may i I know the reason?

A. baby has rashes on cheeks u may tk homopathic medicine n treatment fr same some rashes appears and disappears on its own without any attention maintain hygiene use Babyhug baby skin care products
