Homemade cerelac, porridge and other baby food is free of chemicals and preservatives and can be consumed fresh.

Yes it is an introduction food you can be giving it to the child one time in the day to begin with rest of the times you should actually focus on giving basic home food to the child with all the spices including salt because that is much more healthy.Write Your Answer Here
