A. Hi Mom, You can include all seasonal fruits and vegetables into your baby's diet. Also include dairy products such as curd/yogurt, cheeese, paneer, butter, ghee, milk etc. Include cereals and pulses too. Non veg foods such as egg, fish, meat are all good options for growing children.
