baby body streching more in sleep time with uneasy sounds

A. Body stretches only to relax so that is what the child is doing in sometimes which is discomfort because they have some meditation while sleeping or they are not able to relax their body which is why they’re doing it’s a normal thing to be seen don’t worry about it
