Baby and me both are suffering for heat and gas problem. please suggest some diet and medicines for the same

A. you must avoid taking gases producing food. Feed in upright position. Allow her a good latch. Burping after every feeding, will help her ease the gas. To relive gases pain-,Apply hing paste around navel

A. Hello mom You can give Colic aid drops to your baby or you can apply Baby have tummy roll-on it will help baby to pass gas and give relief in pain. Rather than this when babies are totally on this milk then you have to maintain a proper diet and you should avoid taking spicy and fried food as much as you can because it can create gastric issues
